We were then inundated with difficulties surrounding the existing track system from numerous hospital employees. The hooks would tangle and break, the noise was disruptive, long and tedious curtain exchange times, liability concerns with employees on ladders, and the list goes on. We listened to what our customers wanted and we delivered. A Track System like No Other:
This system operates without any hooks, chains or carriers! The split ring design allows the curtains to be exchanged in less than one minute and the real kicker is, the exchanges can be done without the use of a ladder! The curtain panels are modular, offering various levels of privacy to the patient and enabling soiled panels to be switched out quickly. The curtains also glide silently along the rail, eliminating noisy disruptions to patients and other visitors.
